The Net Expert Computer Systems Company specializes in providing advice, planning, development and management of projects in the field of telecommunication, information security and payment systems. The company can provide its customers design and management services during the entire life of the development of a project.

AIMS

- Supplying comprehensive systems solutions “tailor made” for the customer in operating data communications systems, integrating telephony and computers, P.B.X. and telephony networks, passive and active enterprise infrastructures, supervision management and control systems, automatic payment systems, security and smart card solutions, all in an attempt to reduce costs.

The Company has a group of IT professionals headed by the Managing Director Mr. Ilan Lamdan. He is a well experienced person in the field of telematics. Mr. Lamdan was the founder and manager for a period of 10 years of the Israeli Government National Network. Mr. Lamdan specialized in data communication, telephony and the interface between them; information security; communication economics; consulting, managing and supervising projects in al l fields of systems and application of telecommunication.; Smart Cards and the possibilities for their use for an organization.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

2001 - General Manager, Net-Expert Computer Systems

Owner and general manager of a communications & Data security consulting company.

1990-2001 Manager, State of Israel National Government Network ,Accountant General's office, Ministry of Finance Design and establishment of the governmental communication network connecting computers of all government offices.

Determination of protocols and procedures for the interoffice network and definition of connection of office networks to the governmental network.

Definition and control of data assurance in the various segments. Determining the design directions for the development of the government network and including the procedures for all matters regarding the development of Internet sites for the government.

Examination of new communication technologies for use in government offices, determining their implementation for government clients and aid to government offices in the process of assimilation.

Manager of Communication Network at Ministry of Finance.

Managing the computer communication network based on an IBM mainframe ,network of VAX computers spread in all government accounting offices (Bochan network)and PC networks throughout the Ministry of Finance building.

General responsibility for design of the network, day-to-day operation of the network and in charge the call center for assisting network clients.
